Open a Brick & Mantel rewards account with your valid real estate license. Brick & Mantel will send you complimentary cards to give to your clients. With each purchase a client referred by you makes, Brick & Mantel will credit your account 5% of the before tax purchase price. You can use those credits towards purchasing new furniture and accessories for your home or office. We will send you a quarterly statement showing how many rewards you have available.
These valuable rewards help support your relationship with your clients, and ensure the best value and service to them in furnishing their new homes. All participating realtors will have the ability to provide specialized services and exclusive offers to their clients.
The Fine Print
*No cash value.
*Credits must be used within 24 months.
*There a yearly minimum of $2,500 in referral sales to qualify for the credits.
*Client must present the realtor’s referral card at the time of purchase
*Excluded from rewards points are clearance items, labor, re-upholstery, freight and hourly interior design fees
